Talbot county waterfront properties are a highly competitive real estate market and uninformed, naive buyers need a knowledgeable, experienced realtor as representation in this process. Because Ms. Dellane felt this was a good investment for us, she very carefully maneuvered us through a lengthy 5 month multiple bid process, which ended in our purchase of the home. Ms. Delaine was able to facilitate the purchase, which was well below the asking price and after closing a conservative bank appraisal, for a small home improvement loan, showed a positive difference between purchase and value of 27%.
