About James Cronin

I was born and raised in the Arnold/Annapolis area.  I moved to the Eastern Shore 22 years ago.  I lived in Easton for 21 years and recently moved to Church Hill.  I've been with my wife, Dawn, for 18 years and we've been married for 14 years.  We have two children, Rylee, age 5 and Jay, age 8.  We have an adorable American Bully puppy name Nacho.  In my spare time I enjoy doing anything my children, gardening, cooking, being outdoors and watching various sporting events.

My professional background is quite varied.  From 2000-2010, I worked with a family-owned CPA firm, Cronin & Associates, PA, in Annapolis.  We specialized in automobile advertising associations.  After leaving the accounting field, I worked as a contractor in the Annapolis and Easton area doing various jobs such as carpentry, painting, landscaping and fencing.  This led me to build a food trailer with a wood-fire pizza oven inside, which we operated in the Queenstown outlets from 2013-2015.  From there, my partners and I built a restaurant, from the ground-up, in Stevensville and operated that for four years until the passing of the building owner.  I ventured back into contracting after leaving the restaurant industry working with the IBEW local 26 in Washington, DC.  While I enjoyed the work, I longed to be closer to home.  This led me to enter the long-term care industry as a Long-Term Care Food Service Manager.  I worked at facilities in Centreville and Cambridge, MD.  After renovating and selling my home in Easton and purchasing a new construction home in Church Hill in 2024, realized I wanted to pursue real estate sales full-time.
