Erin Anderson, Realtor®
Erin is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore, growing up outside of Sudlersville during her childhood and attending the local schools, and then having lived in Grasonville and Church Hill, as an adult where she now resides with her family. Her vast knowledge of Queen Anne’s County and the Eastern Shore will afford you the inside scoop on the area. Erin attended Chesapeake College in Wye Mills and graduated with her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies.
She comes from a career in real estate, having worked the last 13 years as a paralegal and settlement agent, handling hundreds, maybe thousands of settlements. Erin’s knowledge and background in the real estate industry, and understanding of the settlement and loan process sets her apart from other agents and makes her an asset for your home purchase or sale. She has spent the last 13 years reviewing and/or preparing legal documents, loan packages, title work and title insurance policies on a daily basis. She’s also thoroughly familiar with preparing the HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures (CDs), deeds and settlement documents, having worked on those daily for her entire career. She understands the process, the fee calculations and knows the lenders, title companies, lawyers, and realtors in this business, which is why you want her on your side, to help you move through this process smoothly and professionally.
Erin currently enjoys her life here on the Shore with her husband and son, who are actively involved in the local youth baseball league, school volunteering and enjoy being on the water as much as possible. They are also avid animal lovers, and have 3 dogs and a small herd of goats on their property.
Erin is excited to help you with your real estate goals and truly enjoys working with buyers and sellers. She looks forward to helping you and is always available to assist with your home buying or selling needs. She serves the Queen Anne’s, Kent, Caroline and Talbot County areas. You can reach Erin by calling the office at 410-643-4663 or on her cell at 410-490-6645.
